Dr. Dustin Etemadi is the founder of Prestige Spinal Care, established in May 2014. Dr. Dustin grew up in Chicago, but has lived in Texas for the last 17 years. Dr. Dustin is a graduate of Parker University College of Chiropractic located in Dallas, Texas.

He uses chiropractic care to gently free the body from a range of symptoms resulting from interference’s including structural problems, pain, stiffness, headache, dizziness, hormonal imbalances, and other common yet debilitating conditions that might interrupt nervous system function. Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. We will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers including BCBS, United Healthcare, and Aetna. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. Also, please provide insurance information when booking to verify benefits before your appointment. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
